The only decent thing about the man is that he wants peace!

William Randolph Hearst, Goliath

Woodrow Wilson is the President of the United States of America. In Goliath, William Randolph Hearst mentions him at his dinner party with Alek, Volger, Tesla and Captain Hobbes. Wilson is from the South and a Darwinist by upbringing, and is friendly to Great Britain. Hearst says that Wilson has not protested the British blockade of Germany, but would "scream bloody murder" if the Germans blockaded Britain. Wilson claims that he wants peace in Europe. Like in the real world, Wilson does not want to enter the war, which Hearst thinks is the "only decent thing" about him. Eventually, after the German attack on the Goliath, Congress votes to go to war and Wilson supports them.
